No Fuss! Dark Chocolate Bark
I adore dark chocolate anything and buying dark chocolate bark is not only expensive but depending on where you live has limited options.
Making chocolate bark is super easy and gives me the freedom to customize it to my occasions and taste.
Last night my step daughter was popping over with a fabulous bottle of wine so I whipped up a batch using what we had in the pantry.
2 9 oz bags Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips with Stevia - Keto Friendly
1 cup chopped Pistachios
1/2 cup dried Mango
1/2 cup chopped crystalized ginger
To melt the chocolate ( I am about easy) put chocolate chips in an oven proof glass bowl. Microwave 1 minute on high, stir and microwave for another minute and stir. Continue until chocolate chips are melted. Do not over heat. It usually takes me about two minutes.
Mix in nuts and the other ingredients you are adding.
Line and cookie sheet with parchment paper and evenly spread the chocolate mixture out. Place the cookie sheet in the refrigerator until the bark is hardened (about an hour).
Remove from fridge and break up the bark.
